By accessing and using Overdrive, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Overdrive provides analytics and file management tools for Google Drive. We are not affiliated with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Exploit the API to mine data or cause excessive load.

4. Limitation of Liability

Overdrive is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, including accidental deletion of files. Please double-check before performing bulk delete operations. Our "Clean" tools are powerful; use them with caution.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
